The statistical odds of the life she lives today.
Statistically, I had less than a 1% chance of living the life I live today.
I lost my parents when I was eleven. Overnight, I had to move to another country and was raised by my relatives.
At nineteen, after one year at MSLU (Minsk State Linguistic University) in Minsk, Belarus, I decided to quit. I packed my suitcases and moved to Germany all by myself — with no safety net.
For over a decade, I built my career in male-dominated industries: from logistics services and Fortune 50 most-admired companies to PE-backed software and consulting. I learned to be resilient and to stand my ground — and to build my career on my own terms, with the audacity the world usually grants to men.
At thirty, I stepped into my first leadership role, running a sales team of thirteen. At thirty-three, I became Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In most meetings I was the only woman, or the youngest in the room — usually both.
This is what my less-than-1% odds taught me: we are not defined by where we come from. We are defined by who we are, what we do, and what we make out of our lives.

Radical Ownership
No one owes you shit. Stop expecting the world to deliver you everything on a silver platter. Take radical ownership of everything you do. Stop waiting, stop blaming, start owning — every decision, every result. Your life is the result of your own decisions, nobody else’s. The moment you truly understand that, your life gets better. Much better.
The Law of Environment
We are the average of the five people we spend the most time with. A Harvard study backs it — my life proves it. Every level I ever reached, I reached because of the strong environment around me. Change your environment — and you change your future.
More Than One Pillar
True success has more than one pillar. A title that costs you your health, your relationships or your joy is a bad trade. Career and finances, body and soul, relationships and mindset — real growth means they rise together.
Why I’m building this room.
For over a decade, I watched men use their networks masterfully: deals discussed over a beer at the bar or on the golf course, referrals, doors opening over dinner. I felt the elbows too: rivalry from women where I naturally expected support — and this is still something that is, unfortunately, very common today. If such a community had existed back then, I know my personal development and career could have reached even greater heights.
And here’s what I know: we as women carry an enormous, untapped power — and too many of us never unfold it completely. Because someone taught us to be quiet, to not stand out, to not want too much, to never outshine the men. So we play smaller than we are.
I firmly believe women around the world are stepping onto a new level. It’s time to reach out our hands, to back each other — and to do business with each other, as pragmatically and as transactionally as men always have. Real referrals, real deals, real doors opening. A network where no question stays unanswered — and where, in almost every city in the world, there’s one of us who can help you take the next step.
That’s why I built this community. Not for a certain city or a certain title — for women who want to grow into their best version and are ready to work for it. Because that’s what the right room does to you: it makes you dream more, learn more, do more — and become more.
